libdeprecated-ruby1.9.1 software package provides Transitional package for ruby-deprecated, you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libdeprecated-ruby1.9.1
libdeprecated-ruby1.9.1 is installed in your system.
